1. Strike Off-Customer's design will offer SO for approval colors before bulk printing.

2. Rotary Printing-After SO approved, will arrange bulk printing, normal in rotary printing, repeat is 64cm/25inch.

3. Quilting-Bulk fabrics finished printing, start quilting/embroidery/pinsonic on our quilting, embroidery or pinsonic machines.

4. Binding-Self fabric binding for bulk production after quilting or embroidery

5. Packing-Inspection quilting and defects before bulk packing and into cartons. Packing can be PVC bag, Ribbon Rolled, Wooden Hanger, etc.

6. Loading Containers-We will load all containers as full as possible and take photos for customers record.
